Disney Bounding: Simple Yet Effective

Hai ppl!

At the Disney Parks, Halloween is a fun time for kids to dress up and do trick-or-treating. However, people over the age of fourteen should not wear costumes. However, there's a solution to this: Disney Bounding!
Disney Bounding is when you make an outfit that resembles a Disney character. A few key things to remember when planning your outfit are the character's color palette, as well as wearing something that has an object that relates to that character.
Disney Bounds are also used at Dapper Day, an event at Disneyland where more formal attire is encouraged.
Below are pictures for Dapper Day DB's. Try and guess which characters these guys are supposed to be!

And here are some DB's for any occasion!

That's all I got for today. See ya real soon!

What to Expect in Season 2 of DuckTales

Hai ppl!

So as you probably guessed from the title, DuckTales is ending the first season soon. here are a few things to be on the lookout for in Season 2.
-Donald's New Voice: Some of you might have seen the clip already, but in the season finale of DuckTales, Donald gets a human voice, thanks to Dr. Gearloose. Don Cheadle will be voicing the new and improved Donald Duck.
-The Return of Magica: Yea, I know some of you don't want to think this, but Magica de Spell will be returning. I don't know the details yet, so...
-More Information on Della Duck: In a video I watched about the finale, Dewey asks Scrooge about the Spear of Selene, which Della supposedly took. if Scrooge answers, we might discover more about the triplets' mother in Season 2!
   - A New Character???: So, this might not happen, but I mailed Disney a letter saying that there should be a new character: Emily Duck. She is the long-lost, older sister of Huey, Dewey and Louie. Emily is adventurous, a tech genius, and kind of sarcastic. Again, this probably won't happen, but fingers crossed!

Well, that's all I have for y'all today. See ya real soon!

The Wonderful World of Voice Acting

Hai ppl!

Voice acting is pretty self-explanatory: you act with your voice. Voice acting is mainly found in cartoons, and is sometimes used in computer-generated animation.
There are many famous voice actors out there, but I want to shine a light on just one: Tara Strong.
Strong is the voice behind many of your favorite cartoon characters. She's the voice of Raven (Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!), Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls), and Timmy Turner (Fairly Odd Parents). Strong has also done some work with Disney. She voiced Melody in the sequel to The Little Mermaid, and also made an appearance in DuckTales (2017).

       Thanks for reading!

The Five Best and Worst Attractions at Walt Disney World Resort

Hai ppl!

Before first-timers go to Walt Disney World, they want to read up on the rides so they make sure they have the best time. Here are the top five best and top five worst rides at the Walt Disney World Resort (according to me).

Must-Do Rides:
5: it's a small world- Being one of the most popular attractions at the park, the calm boat ride deserves to be on this list. Sure, the theme song might get stuck in your head, but it's a relaxing way to end your day at the Magic Kingdom.
4: Toy Story Midway Mania- This ride takes you back to the classic arcade days with your favorite characters from the Toy Story movies. This is a very popular ride and often has a long wait, so be sure to get a FastPass. Note: there is a slight chance of your shooter getting stuck. This happened to a family member when I went.
3: Kali River Rapids- Located in Animal Kingdom, Kali River Rapids is a thrilling water raft ride, that will guarantee to get you wet, and maybe even soaked! This ride is definitely one of my favorites, and it's a must-do for first timers.
2: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad- This family roller coaster is in Frontierland, Magic Kingdom. With a few small bumps and drops, Thunder Mountain is a pretty easy coaster, even though it's "the wildest ride in the wilderness!"
1: Test Track: Located in EPCOT, Test Track is a very fast-paced ride that brings you to speeds of about 65 miles per hour. Before the ride, you design your car, and take it for a test drive on the ride. Note: This ride often has long waits, so be sure to get a FastPass.

Rides to Avoid (in no specific order)
-The Jungle Cruise (Adventureland, Magic Kingdom): This ride has a ridiculously long wait for an attraction filled with animatronic animals (not real ones) and cringey jokes.
-Primeval Whirl (Dinoland USA, Animal Kingdom): I've never been on this ride, and I never want to. I'm not a huge fan of spinny rides, leading us up to our next ride to skip.
-Mad Hatter's Teacups (Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom): Honestly, I think this ride would be even worse than Primeval Whirl, because you're spinning the whole time.
-Stitch's Great Escape (Tomorrowland, Magic Kingdom): This is coming from a hardcore Stitch lover, so it's probably bad. As much as I love Stitch, I don't want to be in the dark and suddenly have him touching me.
-Frozen Ever After (Norway Pavilion, EPCOT): Honestly, I don't know why this ride has 90 minute waits. It's exactly like Maelstrom, but with frozen characters. The ride broke down alot when it first opened, due to the demand of the public, so Disney should have just waited before opening the ride.

That's all I have for you guys today. See ya real soon!

All Rights Reserved

Hai ppl!

So by now, you've probably noticed I've put some iconic messages at the end of my posts. I don't own these phrases and I'm just using them for a little extra nostalgia.

"Mischief Managed"--from the popular Harry Potter movies

"See ya real soon!"--Mickey Mouses' catchphrase

5 Disney Cartoons that Should Never be Forgotten

Hai ppl!

So lately, I've been a cartoon geek. Today, I'm gonna honor some Disney cartoons that should never be forgotten*. Here we go!

-Gravity Falls: I know Disney is coming out with a new series, but this is a great show and my friend would be really mad if I didn't put this on the list because she's obsessed with it.
-Phineas and Ferb: I grew up with this show, and it was pretty okay. I mean, I used to hate it, but I learned that it wasn't that bad.
-Kim Possible: This show ended before I could watch it, but I was into this at one point after it ended. Plus, there's gonna be a live-action one airing on Disney Channel in 2019!
-DuckTales: I know Disney rebooted this show in 2017, but this and the original one are great shows. Adults grew up with the 1987 version, and I'm growing up with the reboot. By the way, I'm currently binging the new series.
-Darkwing Duck: I've never seen an episode, but it seemed like a good show. Darkwing even makes a cameo in the DuckTales reboot! Check out the clip here.

Thanks for reading today's post, fellow geeks!

Disney and Pixar Movies that Deserve a Live-Action Remake or a Sequel

Hai ppl!

Yea I got nothing so let's get started!

1. Moana: this was one of Disney's most popular movies, and I feel like it deserves a live-action remake.
2. Zootopia: what happens afterwards? Do Nick and Judy get married? Do they have kids?
3. Brave: Brave is a great movie, so it deserves a live-action remake.
4. Inside Out: they leave you on a major cliffhanger when Joy says, "Riley's twelve now. What could happen?" Sequel, anyone?
5. Princess and the Frog: I'm thinking of a dream cast for the remake right now (and yes, Jim Cummings will be Ray again)
6. High School Musical: what happens after they graduate?
7. National Treasure: maybe set this one in Boston, please?

Bonus! Disney and Pixar movies that DO NOT need a remake/ sequel

1. Toy Story: These are great movies, but we don't need a Toy Story 4.
2. Cars: Again, great movies (except for 2), but a trilogy will keep me satisfied.
3. Frozen: Having a Broadway Musical? Fine. A live-action remake? Maybe. But we ABSOLUTELY DO NOT NEED A FROZEN 2!!!
4. Descendants: I'm not even excited for the third one. The only Descendants-related thing I like is the Bad Lip Reading.
5. Z-O-M-B-I-E-S: The first one was cringey enough, so do we really need a second one?
6. Star Wars: Except for the prequels, Star Wars is an AMAZING movie franchise. However, it can't go on forever. Finish up the trilogy we're on now, then do the next one. After that. Star War production needs to go to a galaxy far, far away.

Anyways, thanks so much for reading this post.
See ya real soon!

Hidden Mickey's @ WDW

Hai again!
In today's post, I will be discussing Hidden Mickeys found across the Walt Disney World Resort.
Before I start, I want to share my personal experience on finding a hidden thing at Disney World. In 2015 when I stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort, my father, my brother, and I went on a walk around the resort. Standing on a bridge, we could see that one of the buildings kind of looked like Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb. The building was painted teal (Perry's body), the roof was an orange-brown (his hat), and there was another brown thing sticking up behind it (tail). Plus, there were two lights on the building that served as eyes, and a yellow umbrella for the beak.
Alright, let's start. A few Hidden Mickeys in magic Kingdom are:

  • it's a small world: pay attention to the purple-leafed vine in the Africa scene. If you look up, you'll find a familiar silhouette.
  • Seven Dwarfs Mine Train: When you reach the inside part of the ride, try and spot a Hidden Mickey next to Dopey.
  • Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid: In the Kiss the Girl scene, look at one of the green fish to spot a hidden mickey.
  • Haunted Mansion: When you pass the ballroom scene, look on the table to find a Hidden Mickey made out of plates.
  • Pirates of the Caribbean: Along the left queue, find some cannonballs.

Let's head over to EPCOT:
  • Soarin' Around the World: in the balloon scene: three balloons pass each other to form a Hidden Mickey.
  • Germany Plaza: spot a Hidden Mickey on a knight's crown.
  • Japan: Find a classic Mickey on the drain in the koi pond.

Hollywood Studios:
  • Muppet Vision 3D: In the first part of the movie, as Kermit is walking towards the lab, look at the trophy shelf before the lab doors. There's a Mickey Mouse trophy inside.
  • Tower of Terror: the little girl in both the pre-show and the stopping point is holding a Mickey Mouse doll.
  • Rockin' Roller Coaster: in the pre-show area, there are some wires shaped into a Mickey head.

Animal Kingdom:
  • Conservation Station: Inside on the changing mural, find a Hidden Mickey on one of the animals.
  • Expedition Everest: In the last room before boarding the ride, find a photo of a woman talking into a radio. Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey is on the wall to her left.

That's all I have for you guys today. See ya real soon!

Headless Ursula

Hi everyone!
If you guys watch the YouTube channel TPMVids, you'll know what I'm talking about. If you haven't the video I'm discussing will be linked below.
On January 28th, 2018, the Ursula animatronic on the Little Mermaid ride in Disney's California Adventure lost her head! Here is the video:
Yea, it's a little creepy. Luckily, Disney closed the ride and repaired the animatronic. That was actually the first time anything like that happened in a Disney Park! However, it wasn't the last. On the same day in Disneyland Paris, the auctioneer on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride lost his head as well. It's a small world!*

*No pun intended
